Or, in the busy season, an applicant may be answering an ad, therefore they can by-pass the field interview. 2. Recruiter to do the following:
3. If applicant passes all required testing and is hired, he/she is given a YBC Manual explaining our culture and procedures. The applicant will then be scheduled to attend the next orientation where he/she will be oriented to the YBC family and culture. |
