When Younger Brothers started out in 1975 we asked the question; what will make us different and better? The answer turned out to be the same answer one would give if you asked the question; what makes a house different and better? The answer is to build on a solid foundation and uphold the highest standards when building upon that foundation.

Webster’s dictionary defines foundation as the base upon which to build. Each division of the Younger Brothers family of companies helps make up the foundation upon which we do business. We are proud of the principles that guide us. We are ever-evolving, flexible and readily adapt to changes in our business. We are resourceful, intentional and hold ourselves accountable to the highest values and standards. This “can-do” attitude means we consistently produce higher quality products and a higher level of customer service.

In addition to our commitment to quality and customer care, we are also passionate about our community and making a difference in the lives of people both inside and outside of the company. We give back by staying involved in community organizations including: Young Life, Habitat for Humanity, Sojourner Center, Arizona Recreational Center for the Handicapped, West Valley Crisis Center and Christ Church of the Valley.
