Due to architectural and structural changes over the past several years, YBC has been proactive in building standards to insure quality for our customers while keeping safety a high priority. |

Safety Behaviors are in place and strictly enforced at Younger Brothers. Written safety and quality observations are written by a team of independent inspectors. Our crews are then scored based on these strict evaluations.
These scores are used to determine overall compliance and impact bonuses achieved by each foreman. Weekly toolbox and safety meetings are required at Younger Brothers to reinforce the Safety Behaviors by discussing observational results and incident investigation.
