Our Wood Floor & Roof Truss division manufactures approximately 3500 homes each year, ranging from Florence to Payson, Arizona. We design and engineer our trusses with state-of-the-art software and proudly build them with the highest quality materials in the industry. Younger Brothers Components has also recently added new cutting edge technology to the truss production yard.

Benefits
- Produces two to three times the trusses with the same crew, within the same space.
- Every truss is ‘spot on’ accurate within 1/32 of an inch.
How it Works
- Job information is downloaded directly from the design department, trusses are shown on the computer and pucks are then positioned automatically to match the truss configuration.
- Crews are then able to build a truss typically 3 to 5 minutes each from start to finish.
